Getting to Thailand!
International airfare to and from Thailand is not included in the package price.
Please book a multi-city itinerary that:
Arrives at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) on May 11, 2028
Departs from Phuket International Airport (HKT) on May 21, 2028
Airline schedules are generally released approximately 330 days before the return travel date, so flights should become available around late June 2027. We recommend booking as early as possible once schedules are released to take advantage of the best available fares and flight options.
Before purchasing your airfare, please email your intended flight itinerary to Sakeenah@PNSTravelsLLC.com for review. Include the airline, flight numbers, airports, departure times, and arrival times. We will review the itinerary for accuracy and make sure it aligns with the trip schedule.
PNS Travels can also assist you with researching and booking your international flights.

Every traveler will need a valid passport to travel internationally.
Your passport should expire AFTER November 23, 2028. If you don't currently have a passport—or yours will need to be renewed—don't wait until the last minute.

Cancellation Policy
All trip deposits are nonrefundable.
For cancellations made before March 1, 2028, payments made toward the remaining trip balance are refundable, less a 10% processing fee. The initial trip deposit will not be included in the refund.
For cancellations made on or after March 1, 2028, all trip payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Is the flight from Bangkok to Phuket included?
Yes. The group flight from Bangkok to Phuket is included in the package price. Travelers must use the designated group flight so that airport transfers can be coordinated properly.
The group-flight schedule and airline will be provided once flights are released and confirmed.
What optional experiences are available?
Travelers may add any of the following experiences to their package:

Optional experiences are not included in the base package price and are subject to availability. Some experiences may occur during scheduled leisure time.
Do I have to participate in every included activity?
Participation is encouraged, but travelers may decide not to attend an included activity. No refunds or credits will be provided for activities a traveler chooses to miss.
Optional activities are entirely your choice.
Will there be free time?
Yes. The itinerary will include leisure time to relax, shop, explore, enjoy the hotels or participate in optional experiences.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. A valid passport is required for international travel. Your airline reservation must match the name shown on your passport exactly.
Entry requirements can change before 2028. Travelers are responsible for meeting all passport, visa, health and entry requirements in effect at the time of travel. Updated guidance will be provided closer to departure.
Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance is not included in the package price but is strongly recommended. Insurance may help protect your investment in the event of certain covered cancellations, delays, medical emergencies or travel interruptions.
