The Black Food & Wine Experience brings together Black chefs, winemakers, sommeliers, designers, and guests for a celebration of food, wine, cocktails, culture, and fashion in Napa Valley.

The official BFWE27 BLOOM experience is scheduled for June 16–20, 2027. The preliminary lineup currently includes:

• Thursday, June 17: BLOOM Aboard — Harlem Nights

• Friday, June 18: BLOOM Together — Wine & Bites

• Saturday, June 19: BLOOM Grand Tasting

Event locations, times, programming, and availability are subject to change as the organizers finalize the 2027 schedule.

Event Tickets Are Purchased Separately

Black Food & Wine Experience passes, dinners, tastings, and other event tickets are not included in the PNS Travels package price. Each traveler is responsible for purchasing the event tickets or passes she wishes to attend directly from the Black Food & Wine Experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is invited?

This trip is for Brittany's invited family and friends. The booking page should not be shared outside the invited group without Brittany's approval.

Do I need a passport?

No. Napa Valley is located in California, so a passport is not required for this trip. Travelers flying domestically must present a REAL ID acceptable to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and your booked airline.

Are Black Food & Wine Event tickets included?

No. BFWE passes, dinners, tastings, and individual event tickets must be purchased separately through the official event organizer. Your trip reservation does not guarantee admission to any BFWE event.

When will BFWE tickets be available?

The organizer has announced that event tickets and passes are not yet on sale. Tickets for the 2026 BFWE events were sold out six months in advance! Early event ticket purchase is strongly encouraged. Travelers should pre-register at https://bfwenapa.com/ to receive official announcements. PNS Travels will also share relevant information with the group when it becomes available.

Are flights included?

Flights are included only in the airfare-inclusive package. The land-only package includes the hotel and airport transportation but does not include airfare.

Which airport should I use for the land-only package?

San Francisco (SFO), Sacramento (SMF), or Oakland (OAK) airport to access Napa Valley. The San Francisco airport is approximately an hour and 36 minutes from the hotel. The Sacramento airport is approximately an hour and 12 minutes from the hotel. The Oakland airport is approximately an hour and 10 minutes from the hotel.

Travelers must follow the approved flight guidelines to use the included group airport transportation. Travelers arriving or departing outside the designated schedule may need to arrange and pay for their own transportation.

Can I book without a roommate?

Yes. A single-occupancy package will be available for travelers who prefer their own room. The single-occupancy rate will be added when pricing is finalized.

Can I make monthly payments?

Yes. After paying the deposit, travelers may make additional payments through the PNS Travels portal before the final payment deadline.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. The $250 deposit per person is nonrefundable.

What if I need to cancel?

Please notify PNS Travels in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation penalties may apply, and payments may be nonrefundable based on the timing of your cancellation and supplier terms; therefore, travel protection is strongly recommended.
