Trip payments may be transferred to another traveler, subject to approval.

If you book a double occupancy room and one person is no longer able to travel/cancels, the remaining person must pay the single occupancy rate or cancel as well.

No refund or reduction will be made to any guest with respect to airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation or any other services which are included in the trip package but not utilized by a traveler due to personal reasons.
