The Black Food & Wine Experience brings together Black chefs, winemakers, sommeliers, designers, and guests for a celebration of food, wine, cocktails, culture, and fashion in Napa Valley.
The official BFWE27 BLOOM experience is scheduled for June 16–20, 2027. The preliminary lineup currently includes:

Event locations, times, programming, and availability are subject to change as the organizers finalize the 2027 schedule.
Event Tickets Must Be Purchased Separately
Black Food & Wine Experience passes, dinners, tastings, and other event tickets are not included in the PNS Travels package price. Choose the events you want to attend and purchase your admission directly from the event organizer. You may attend several events, select one signature experience, or create a completely different Napa itinerary. There is no required group schedule and no pressure to attend every event.

Reserve your space with a $200 nonrefundable deposit per person.
Final payment is due April 15, 2027.
Airfare is not included. Travelers must arrange their own flights according to the group’s approved airport and transportation schedule. Transportation outside the designated group transfer times may require an additional fee or independent arrangements.
Pricing and availability are subject to change until the required deposit has been received.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this trip only open for women?
No. Sak’s Wine Country Weekend is open to anyone who wants to enjoy Napa Valley with a welcoming group of travelers.
Do I have to attend the Black Food and Wine Experience Events?
No. The trip takes place during the Black Food & Wine Experience, but you are free to attend the events that interest you or create your own Napa itinerary.
Are Black Food & Wine Event tickets included?
No. BFWE passes, dinners, tastings, and individual event tickets must be purchased separately through the official event organizer. Your trip reservation does not guarantee admission to any BFWE event.
When will BFWE tickets be available?
The organizer has announced that event tickets and passes are not yet on sale. Tickets for the 2026 BFWE events were sold out six months in advance! Early event ticket purchase is strongly encouraged. Travelers should pre-register at https://bfwenapa.com/ to receive official announcements. PNS Travels will also share relevant information with the group when it becomes available.
Is airfare included?
No. Round-trip airfare to San Francisco International Airport is additional.
Can I book without a roommate?
Yes. A single-occupancy package is available for travelers who prefer their own room. Contact Sakeenah at Sakeenah@PNSTravelsLLC.com or (443) 502-0441 for single occupancy rates. The PNS Travels Roommate Matching Program is not available for this trip.
Can I make monthly payments?
Yes. After paying the deposit, travelers may make additional payments through the PNS Travels portal before the final payment deadline.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. All payments, including the required deposit are nonrefundable.
What if I need to cancel?
Please notify PNS Travels in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation penalties may apply, and payments are nonrefundable; therefore, travel protection is strongly recommended.
